Dreams for 2011 Pt. 3

I dream that C3 will continually be adding staff, both paid and volunteer to minister to this church and to the 4-State area.

We can’t ever be settled with what we are doing. One of the biggest mistakes that the people of Israel made when they began to possess the Promise Land was, that they settled! They settled for what they thought was enough. Then ended up only possessing 1/3 of the land that God had promised them. One of the keys to being an effective church is to continue to reach out and evangelize and minister to more and more people. To do this, we must always be recruiting with our own ranks for volunteers to work and serve. Also, we must continually be adding staff to our minister and develop those volunteers. It is a cycle that must be cultivated and worked to be able to reach out to more and more people. I dream that C3 nor I will ever settle, but will continually be stirred to do more for Jesus Christ and His Kingdom!
